The Jewelcrafting Trainer, Appraiser Au'vesk, is located at the Hall of Shapes, 36.0, 42.8 in the Ring of Fates. The Hall of Shapes is located at the Northwest section of the Ring of Fates of Oribos and is home to profession trainers in Shadowlands. The Portal to Orgrimmar is located at 20.3, 54.7 in the Ring of Fates. The Portal to Stormwind is located at 20.3, 45.3 in the Ring of Fates.
The Ring of Fates is where you can find capital portals, located at the west side of the ring. The Ring of Fates area itself doesn't have many amenities, most being located at named section of the Ring shown below. The Ring of Fates is Oribos' main level, where the majority of the city is located. Below we will go in more detail about each of those points of interest.
